“Beautiful place, we saw more wildlife sitting in the backyard than we saw during a hike in the jungle at a nearby national park. Very private and Martin was quick to offer us suggestions. It was really easy to check-in. We love this area of Santa Teresa too. It is walking distance to the Bakery and other great restaurants. It’s not as chaotic as Santa Teresa Beach which is a little north but, if you enjoy walking (up a big hill) you will find everything is quite close. We highly recommend that you try some food at a Soda. It’s cheap, authentic, and delicious.

“If I could give Martin more than 5 stars I would! The house is amazing with the very open feel, great backyard, and great views. There was cleaning everyday so the house was never dirty! Also, anything that our group was looking to do, we would reach out to Martin and he would arrange it for us immediately. So hospitable and gave us great tips around town. Villa Makai and Martin are a 12/10!”
